High quality and long-term strategies ensure economic well-being
Thinking and acting long-term, handling our customers’ shipments and data conscientiously as well as a high level of quality awareness form the basis of sustainable economic management at each of the CargoLine partner companies. This also includes the use of lean management methods in order to avoid waste. In 2008, we also introduced risk management across our sites, followed by information security management in 2012.
Risk management enables the early identification of the need for action at our partners. In such cases, we can then take preventative action to ensure that our network operates smoothly at all times.
The CargoLine partner companies have also implemented comprehensive and consistent information security measures based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard, to permanently protect all data and guarantee the best possible transport process. In recent years, they have therefore made significant investments in structural measures and IT. Emergency planning rounds off these specific actions.
Of course, all CargoLine’s partners are also certified for their quality in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 including transports and logistic services as well as for their environmental management (DIN EN ISO 14001), and are members of s.a.f.e. Many partner companies are also recognized as Authorized Economic Operators (AEO), and hold industry-specific certificates for transport and contract logistics. This makes us an attractive service provider and ensures the preservation and creation of jobs.
